- Observer widget fix (removed unnecessary
<li>) - now validates;
- fixed line endings in most of the files that were messed up due to Windows text editor;

- Fixed sidebar column (in a single entry view) that was jumping under the main content in IE, because the comment input fields had
width:100% which caused some math problems to the IE. Now it is set to width:95%.
