PostsIdea: WordPress Theme for Audio & Video Podcast Websites
Update (December 16, 2008): Thank you everyone for expressing such a great interest in this theme. I am hoping to release it early next year (2009). If you would like to support the development, donations are more than welcome.
Update: I have posted the first HTML mock-ups of this WordPress theme.
Here are a few sketches of a WordPress theme that would be ideal for video/audio podcast websites and blogs.
Here’s the deal — if 20 people who are currently producing a video/audio podcast leave a comment saying “I would so want to use it for my podcast’s website/blog.” then I will make it and release it for free (under GPL) as a response to TV.Elements ($50) and Video ($39).

We actually use our system podcast for http://www.ezoneonline.com.br/podcast.php
but we also want to grow it and make it as a separate part of the stuff :D
i registered nahnu.tv for these themes :p
I think this one looks lot better than our theme on podraide.lv. So:

kaiserlino, Miks and Adam W. Warner seem to be the only people who actually run their own audio/video podcasts (judging by the provided URLs).
I am really looking forward to the remaining 17 people who currently do produce a podcast, and theme will be yours.

I would so want to use this for my podcasts which should be ready to go in September.
Looks like a terrific theme! I would ask for a deep footer area too to list archives and categories, and hopefully it would accept widgets in the sidebar so we could run extra things in there.
